Default How to install "Full Blown XP Pro, Office 2003" on a 2GB Asus Eee PC ?

One of the the answers to "MSI Wind or Eee PC?" states, "... it is only a 2GB HDD but I have Full Blown XP Pro, Office 2003 and lots of other software loaded on it and it works GREAT." Does anybody knows if this can be done?
