Does anybody know about Window File Manager in Window XP?

When there is file which are corrupted or have very long name, then these file can be deleted by window file manager only. I can delete these file in Window 98 easily because I know about Window File Manager which can be easily open by typing winfile in Run Box of Start Menu? When I type this command in Run Box of Start Menu of Window XP? These say “Windows cannot find 'winfile'”. I think that window x has another Command to open Window File Manager. I have one which can delete such type of files but this software too can not delete that type of files. I have one partition more than 100 Gb or 65 Gb therefore I can not delete this file in Window File Manager of Window 98 as it is based on MS Dos 6.22 and It is not reading file located in these large partition.
