installed new windows xp computer still wont start?

i installed a new windows xp after i had problems with my laptop now the new one wont start either, i get a blue screen and its so quick i cant read what it says, when i try to start the recovery future when it asks me for my admin pass and i enter it, it says it wrong but i know its right i just made it 40 minutes, ago. during the installation at the beginning it asked me to delete stuff and i did, is that where i messed up? is there any help
how do i format completly, i just poped in the cd and it went from there
at the start there is one thing left it says c and 74654 mb thats the onlu one left and it doesnt give an option to delete that just reformat

how did u re-install?

you may need to format completley and start fresh.

If you did in fact erase and re-install, yet it is still blue screening and you are having password issues, you should have a tech look at it. The blue screen is most likely due to a hardware issue, I dunno about the password issue though.
