Default XP Pro error "Stop: c000021A" + TestDisk "Bad Sector Count" & "Bad...

...relative sector" errors Copied & resized some partitions from 1 drive to another larger drive - one contains Win98SE, another XP Pro, the others files etc. However when I tried to boot I got the dreaded blue screen with a system error: 0x0000007B.
Then tried to do repair installation but halfway thru it rebooted then went to blue screen with error "Stop: c000021A (fatal system error)". Now get same error each time I reboot and attempts to retry repair end with same error.
I ran TestDisk & it said Partition 2 had a "Bad Sector Count" and Partitions 3 & 4 had a "Bad Relative Sector" message. (Partition 1 contains Win98SE, is bootable and is fine). All the files on each partition appear to be intact when I view them.
I really don't want to have to reinstall XP Pro - it will be an absolute pain! Can anyone tell me how to fix these errors?
