Windows Vista to XP?

ok, i dont want vista anymore, and i dont wanna spend a whole crap load of money.
1.is there a program i can download that will delete everything and i mean EVERYTHING of my computer. a memory wipe or something like that.
2.and instead of buying xp is there anyway i can download it from somewhere? may it be pirated or not.
3. after i download xp. (if someone gets me a good link or something, if thats possible) could i put it on a cd and just boot it up after the memory wipe?
