Default I have purchased a new computer with Vista but am unable to use windows mail.?
I purchased recovery discs when I bought the computer. If I run them will my BT connections be lost? I have been in touch with BT who assure me my connections are okay and the fault lies with Windows mail itself. Can anyone help please?

i am sorry but i have no idea what bt is so sorry but i know that you can download windows live mail on the internet

its a vista issue. I've been trying for weeks to get windows mail working can recieve but not send, downloaded windows live mail and thats the same too,
all settings are correct too,
good luck hope someone is able to help you out, ill read with interest
btw vista sucks

since getting vista I have not been able to get into my hotmail account.....the page just stays blank and the little world keeps spinning but never loads the page.
Is this what happens to you?
