| I have a 120 day evaluation of the Windows Home Server and I want to install it on a 2nd HDD on a seperate partition. During setup it wanted to format my 2 HDDs. I can't do that on my desktop. I just wanted to install it on my 2nd drive on a seperate partition. Can I do that without formatting all hard drives? I installed Windows Server 2008 on my 2nd hard drive and there wasen't any problems with installing it in a partition. So I dunno what the difference is with a home server. Would anyone know? Thanks. I tried booting to my second HDD I was going to overwrite my Windows XP partition for Home Server. During set up it detected all my drives and wanted to format both of them. I can't format my desktop. |

| I cant guarantee this is right but please give me feed back. Go in BIOS and select the 2nd HDD as FIRST BOOT. From there you can use the 120 day evaluation. Note: i do computer speed ups. I speed up internet browsers, windows startup rate, and download rate. Contact: soopupspam@yahoo.com |
