Default I need to create a script that will map different Network Drives for each

Active Directory User.? On one of the servers that i have, each user has a folder that he/she can access. I need to create a login script that will map a network drive to that users own folder. So when John Doe logs into his PC he will see a mapped drive ( lets call it G: ) that when he opens it, it takes him straight into his own folder. In other words i dont want him to see any one elses folder. The server is am using Windows Server 2003 and i am using Active Directory if that helps.
