Symantec backup Exec 11d for windows Servers backup failed ?

Snapshot provider error (0x46B): A potential deadlock condition has been detected,
An unexpected error occurred when cleaning up Symantec Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP) snapshots. Make sure that no other application has a lock on the cache files created by the snapshot operation. help me...?
