NTDLR missing .. Recovery Console using UBCD for Windows.. Help me Please!! ?

My computer has the error message NTDLR is missing press CTRL +ALT+ DEL to restart. I tired everything I could to undone this very annoying message and no such luck. So I made a Ultimate Boot Cd for Windows and that works beautifully. I entered the recovery console and everything went smooth until I hit the part where it says which windows installation would you like to log into ..

I hit 1 and enter and nothing happens. The C windows prompt comes right back up and if I leave it alone it restarts. If I hit one again the message about the invalid command comes up ....

Uh-oh...

What do I do ?? That's my work computer and losing my files in unacceptable..

Could anyone please help me??
