Default Help me to repair my windows XP on HDD SATA notebook.?

could anybody help me to repair my Windows XP on HDD SATA notebook? I use HP notebook(with HDD SATA) for 3months, but suddenly few days ago it stop running so I turn my computer off, but when I want to restart again, it can't enter the windows. I already try some different ways to repair it, but I stil can't. I know that computer can't run the windows xp without an added hard drive. But when I download it n save it in USB, my computer can't detect it. Someone tell me that I should save it in a disket. But my notebook doesn't have a disket reader. And i already find that disket reader around here, but nobody have and nobody sell it. Could anbody help me to repair it pleasee... I really need my computer back... There's a lot of work I should do with my notebook...

Thank you.
