 Why won't my MP3 player allow me to sync with Windows Media Player or delete files through Windows Explorer? Xtatix Pocket Candy 2gb MP3 player. Will not even allow me the reformat (erase all of the info) the player. Can see the music files that are on the player. Player will even play these files but eventually locks up. Will lock up my computer at times also. Xtatix has not responded to my email requests for help      |
