Default Help! Windows Media Player is driving me insane!?

I'm trying to burn a playlist that I just spent ages making. But keep getting this message:

'Windows Media Player cannot find the file. If you are trying to play, burn, or sync an item that is in your library, the item might point to a file that has been moved, renamed, or deleted.'

I burnt a playlist yesterday with no problems and have done nothing differently, so what's the problem?
