Default can i edit a (quicktime player) movie using windows movie maker it disnt
come up as usable help me !!!!!? any ideas
more info:
the movie is from my phone and it plays using( quicktime player )how can i edit it using windows movie maker

You need to get a video codec to open QuickTime movies. Try ffdshow.

Go to http://www.media-convert.com and convert it to a .WMV format file and then it should be able to be edited with Windows Movie Maker.
