Default Windows Vista doesn't let me install my tablet, what can I do?

I have a genius tablet, model mousepen 5x4. Every time I try to install the drivers windows vista says that it can't find the file Setupext.inf.

I've used the same driver in windows xp and it didn't ask for that file (i could install the tablet.

How can i install the drivers?

..I can use the tablet anyway with a program that comes in windows vista, but the pen pressure doesn't work
