Default 91 Ford Explorer. All the windows are giving out on me. Switch, Motor?

All the windows are giving out. The motor still runs but it slowly dies. When I hit the switch it seems like its struggling to go down (or up). Does the whole motor need to be replaced or could it be something more simple such as new wiring. I'm doing this just so I can sell it at the price I want.
