VPN Problems?

I have a VPN setup between three offices. We have a workstation at a remote office that we used to pull files from, but now I can't connect. I tried adding the name in the hosts file, but I still can't connect to the shared drive. I'm not sure why it was working before and now it doesn't work. Any suggestions?
