is there any way i can put a block on videos?

i need to know if i can block videos and films been downloaded from music sites such as limewire. ive gone into internet conections and disabled "play videos through windows media player" but this hasnt any effect. i think that refers to a disk with film on inserted to watch. my son has just discovered limewire and likes to play music but i have noticed some very obscence titles which are videos for adults. i dont want him clicking on these and downloading them as some of the titles are misleading. any ideas?
