Default Why can't I bridge my connections on Windows XP pro?

I have a "sharing hand" icon on the LAN connection (which is connected to my XBOX). My PCI wireless card is active, and I want to bridge connections. I've bridged these connections before, but this time I'm having trouble - since the sharing icon appeared in the LAN connection. How do I remove it? And ultimately, how do I bridge connections?
No router needed- i've done this before....

i just need to know how to take off sharing
