Has anyone tried 'GOOGLE SNATCH 2'?

Got an email today for the 'Google SNATCH 2' e-book. Like all e-book intros, it just goes on and on and on... but does not get into any meaty detail. Can anybody give advice on it's content? I am not asking if it is a scam or not, just want to know who has tried it and what is inside.
