What happened to Youtube?

It completely changed. I was watching some videos and out of the blue, everything changed. The display of the videos, the display of the comments, the display of related videos is all the way down at the bottom of the page. See for yourselves:

Look what you get when searching for videos:

And when you're viewing the video, look how the page is displayed:

The embed code is nowhere to be seen, and it says that the video you're watching is being added to your playlist and favorites.

I just want to know if its the Web Site in general that made changes, or if there's something wrong with any settings. I asked other people online and many said that Youtube is the same as always, so I'm not sure. I'm beggining to think that there's something wrong with my computer. I mean, even my Youtube account changed. Is anyone else but me going through the same?
