with a webcam built in, can you make videos with it? If so, how?

Ok, go here and download/install it.http://www.hyperionics.com/hc/downloads....
Run it and you will see a license tab on the far right, click it.
Click the center button(right after purchase license).
Copy/paste this into it and close it out.
