A sony VGN-CR520e or acer Asb gemstone AS4930?

Sony VGN-CR520e has 2.1 ghz and 3 gb ram and a 320gb harddrive and 358 mb vga (Intel® GM965 Express Chipset)
Acer Asb gemstone AS4930 has 2.0 ghz and 3 gb ram and 250 gb harddrive and 256 up to 1024 vga (NVIDIA® GeForce® 9600M GS)
the main usage will be for work and i would little game on it (Cod 4)
