help me with a laptop question please (all answers needed)?

Could this laptop run garrys mod 10? would it have a fine framerate, graphics and, yeah, will it run well?
could you tell me If I could play it on top settings,
or tell me what kind of settings I could play it on with?
I already have half life 2, but what I'm asking is, could i run all of the recommended requirments?
