Default Why does my computer keep telling me a LAN network cable is unplugged when I have...

...wireless internet? My computer keeps freezing every few seconds when I try to watch video clips (driving me CRAZY!) When I diagnose the problem it tells me a LAN cable is unplugged. The thing is, I have wireless internet and thus a wireless router and don't have any cables at all. Any suggestions?
