Default I just got a used laptop. I downloaded and updated stuff, but i cant

play some movies...? that i KNOW are real movies, like avi ones.

What can be wrong? i downloaded the recent version of media player. Anything else i should update?

C00D1199 error message, if that helps. I changed the sound driver, but that doesnt help. Any help?
