best laptop for my needs under 1500?

I am looking for the best laptop I should get for my needs for under $1,500.

I am starting school the coming year and need something that will be able to handle it.

I am also a new gamer and as I was just introduced to 2 games with high graphic content.

I write a lot so it will need to be able to hold a lot of short stories, novels, poems, and essay's.

I'm addicted to the internet so the better internet the better for me. I need it to run as fast as possible for as long as possible.

On another note I don't care what it looks like or what brand it is. I would like an explanation for any computer related jargon, because I don’t understand much of it especially for the specifics of the computer.

I have a Dell Vostro 1500
i think its amazing except for one thing...
the bluetooth doesnt work
its fully compatible with it, but it just doesnt have the software on the computer
but i havent bothered purchasing it or tampering with it
