Default where do you purchase pc hardware, with good customer support?

I used to get great deals from Newegg, but I called them (no offense) but it is being run by a a understaffed group of ten year olds? Are they closing? (i doubt they'll be in business for long without a customer service dept) So I'm wondering where my fellow Yahooers get bargain prices on desktop hardware, yet don't sacrifice service?

God Bless You
